The Basics:

Drop off for Circus Camp is between 9:45-10:00am daily; pick-up is between 3:45-4:00pm daily. Pack a lunch, a water bottle, and 2 snacks (no nut products, please).

Grand finale showcase happens between 2:00-3:00pm on Fridays. Children are released at the end of their showcase on Fridays.

$10 sibling discount for each child after the first. $10 multi-week discount available for all weeks after the 1st if your child wants to attend more than 1 week of circus camp!

Pre-care and After-care are available for working parents!

Please note: There is a once per summer per child $20 registration fee.

Summer Circus Camp

Pre-Care : 8:00am-10:00am, Monday-Friday : $25 per day

After-Care : 4:00pm-6:00pm, Monday-Thursday : $25 per day

Please note: no After-Care is available on Fridays, as children are released immediately following the performance.

After-Care is also not available for Session H, July 31-August 4.

Policies in a Nutshell:

Tuition: Tuition for summer circus camp is a one-time payment processed on June 1st. If signing up after June 1st, we process tuition within a few days of registration. We currently accept payment via credit card through our online registration system. Please note there is a one-time per-summer per-student $20 registration / equipment-upkeep fee.

Receipts: The email confirmation you receive once payment is accepted is your receipt; it has our Tax ID and all the important information you will need on it. Please note that your parent portal is open through August 31st, for you to print any additional copies you need. Once September 1st hits, our scheduling system automatically deletes all families not enrolled in our fall session, and we are unable to send out receipts after that date.

Refunds: Before May 15th: if a registered student needs to remove themselves from a week of camp, the refund is 100%. After May 15th: if a registered student needs to remove themselves from a week of camp, the refund is 50%.

Since we hire coaches based upon the number of kids in attendance, we do not give refunds for any reason if a student needs to drop 2 weeks (14 days) or less before their camp week starts.

If a student is injured and needs to switch to a different week of camp, please send us a doctors note along with your request and we will try to move your child, space permitting. If the request happens within the 14-day period prior to camp starting and we are unable to move your child, a refund can not be given, as the coaches are already under contract for that week of camp.

There is a $25 processing fee to switch weeks of camp without a doctors note.

What to Bring / Wear:

Dress Code: We ask that girls wear a leotard and leggings for circus camp; if you do not own a leotard, please wear a fitted T-shirt tucked in. Boys may wear fitted T-shirts tucked in with light sweatpants or shorts over running leggings. It is important that the backs of the knees are covered, so that everyone stays comfortable on the equipment.

Food: Campers must bring a sack lunch and 2 snacks; no nut products, please. We do not have microwaves or refrigerators available for students.

Safety:

Health: It is the parent’s duty to alert the coaches to any physical, mental, or emotional conditions; this simply allows us to coach your child more effectively.

Masks: Masks are optional for all individuals inside our facility.

Sickness: If your child is sick, please do NOT send them to camp! Simply contact us, and we will attempt to move them to another week of camp.

Our summer circus camp fosters a safe and nurturing environment that will fuel your child to expand their own boundaries, build their self-esteem and cultivate their own creativity!

Your budding circus star will feel all the thrills of the circus here at circus camp! Experience the joy of flying on trapeze. Burst into laughter while spinning on the aerial hoop. Giggle while dancing in air during aerial silks. They will beam with happiness while learning alongside new friends as unique and interesting as they are, making friendships that last a lifetime.

To top things off, each circus camp session culminates with a full “Grande Finale” performance where your child is the star! Shining like they never imagined possible as they perform their favorite skills in front of a live audience, you child will feel the self-confidence that only comes from achieving their goals!

Be honest, there’s 5 things in that list, how many of them did you think ‘yep’ to? What’s your score?

You see, most activities cover 1 or 2 of those. That’s the very reason most activities aren’t as beneficial as circus camp for kids.

Circus camp not only motivates children to exercise, but also develops numerous other abilities beyond the physical. Aka awesomeness.

And in the real world where students are expected to navigate tons of assignments while withstanding social pressure – well they need all the tools they can get. The best way to help them manage all of that is to give them the tools.

Sounds hard, right? Well it’s not difficult but it does “take some doing”, as my dad used to say. Luckily, it’s all right there in our Circus Camp and our Circus Classes. And the best part? They don’t even know they’re learning all that. They just think it’s delicious fun.

(Sneaky, aren’t we?)
