You guys just can’t get enough, can you?!?!?
I love our students so much.  We are into week 3 of our Summer Skills Slam here at Akrosphere, and I have even more students coming up and asking “what kind of at home workout can I do to make bigger gains in circus class?”

(This is where Mama Jen comes out and reminds all our students to take at least 1-2 rest days a week from hard training!)

I love this kind of question!  And I love the fact that our students are so serious about their circus training!  And I love Love LOVE the fact that our students are wanting to do extra work at home to improve faster in class!
